Being able to tackle any color situation that may land in our chair can be daunting to say the least.
When I stood behind the chair fresh out of beauty school, I spent the entire consultation portion of my client’s visit trying to talk them OUT of getting a color service.
WHY?
Because I was absolutely terrified and had no clue where to begin to properly formulate!
This madness continued for several months until I had enough of the hiding and excuses and set out on a journey to learn hair color and how it works.
Once I finally found the answers I so desperately needed, it made me angry to discover how simple it really was!
Hair color manufacturers tend to teach in a way that can be overwhelming and confusing.
The truth is… it is pretty simple. I was taught a basic math equation and shown a simple chart that changed EVERYTHING for me!
My passion at this stage of my career is to pay it forward and share ALL of it with hairstylists, just like YOU!
